The theme: Municipality Multicultural Diversity and history.
Municipality Popularity Vote: People, age 12 and up, must provide evidence they live in the municipality. The township of South Stormont comprises the communities of Ault Island, Black River, Bonville, Bush Glen, Bunker Hill, Churchill Heights, Dixon, Gallingertown, Harrison's Corners, Ingleside, Lakeview Heights, Long Sault, Lunenburg, Newington, North Lunenburg, North Valley, Northfield, Northfield Station, Osnabruck Centre, Pleasant Valley, Rosedale Terrace, St. Andrews West, Sandfield Mills and Sandtown. Voters will register and be provided with a ballot.
General Population Vote: Anyone from anywhere
People entering a costume cannot vote.
The South Stormont Council will be the deciding entity taking into consideration the 'Popularity Vote'.

For your 'artistic rights protection', please provide your name, phone number, email, civic address and a signed picture of the municipality costume stating Copyright with the date you completed your project. If you forget Parade of nations will add the Copyright date on it for you.
