Train ticket winners

Pictured is Holly Nichol (R) presenting on behalf of the Parade of Nations for the Developmentally challenged, Raffle License M682891 ticket no. 1008, courtesy of Via Rail Canada, to winners K & L Wells of Cornwall. The prize was a round trip for two in a Via regular economy class seating between Cornwall and Halifax. This included a Via Cabin for two sleeper, valued at $2000. All the money from the proceeds will be going to the Light in the Tunnel Program of Parade of Nations towards activities of a group for individuals or one specific individual with special needs.
