The Parade of Nations is looking for people who would like to submit their best recipe relatively to the countries composing the genetic make up of Akwesasne, Cornwall and SD&G - approximately 300 nations listed at www.paradeofnations.com under Festival, Nations and groups.
For each country we need appetizers, soups, salads, entrées (fish, meat and vegetarian), desert and beverages. In addition to your name, if you wish, you can also submit your picture to be included in the cook book under the flag of the country. Please note that some of the countries no longer exist but are part of our genetic make up. For hard to find ingredients, please provide the location where these ingredient can be purchased.
