Parade of nations Trade Show Coordinator

Parade of nations is looking for a Trade show Coordinator for its "People's Cultural and Kite Festival" to be held on September 15th and 16th. Parade of Nations is a charitable organization for the Developmentally challenged and those with special needs.

We are a volunteer organization; no one receives a salary.
The duties consist in:

• contacting an existing list of vendors;
• approaching business face to face or by phone;
• informing people interested in renting a space about the existing policy;
• answering any questions people may have or providing the name of a contact who can answer their questions;
• adding to the existing list ( if you know to use Excel this is even better);
• if, anyone wants a space, asking the person to send a cheque payable to Parade of Nations; and
• if you are bilingual, it is even better.
