VENDORS' INFORMATION MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL/ARTS AND CRAFTS SHOW

The Multicultural Festival/Arts and Crafts Show is schedule for October 17th (11 am to 6 pm) and 18th (11 am to 4 pm), set up on Friday the 16th (8 am to 6 pm) to ensure there is no conflict with the Black Friday weekend. The show is being advertised as Multicultural Festival/Arts and Crafts Show.

This year, Parade of nations has made many changes to provide more opportunities for artists and artisans.

1. All the vendors will be inside Salons A, B and C and must tell us, in advance, if they require electrecity.
2. The silent auction will be held in the hall.
3. The stage is back in Salon B (in the middle) so artists and artisans can enjoy the performances.
4. There will be an advertising space for sponsors in the hall (tables/space for flyers or other publicity info). Our two partners have a space in the salons.
5. We are hoping to have more people with specials needs, as performers, showing their talents (they have priority).
6. People with special needs are invited to the show free of charge.

Tables are still $25.00 each 3' X 8', for the whole weekend. The deadline for registration is August 28th and payment is to be made by September 18th at the latest. We are working on a first come first serve basis.
