Marsolais, owner of The Rythym Room is a renowned musician in the Cornwall area with over 20 year of teaching experience. His energy and charisma come through in his vibrant and enigmatic performances, be it on his wide array of drums, gongs, chimes or his latest editions, healing crystal singing bowls. His relaxation services also include his new sound meditation table with Hemi-Sync.

Singing Crystal Bowls performances provide healing as you experience the combined resonance of the sacred bowls, gongs, bells and chimes. Your body realigns and rejuvenates from his illuminating, entrancing experience. During a performance, Jody uses a variety of healing instruments, such as, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drumming and human voice to facilitate deep relaxation, alignment of the chakras, emotional, physical and spiritual healing to attain an overall state of wellness. As well as his performances, Jody offers sessions to individuals, couples or groups.

Music in any form, is an inclusive, success-oriented activity that people of all ability levels can partake in and enjoy. Because music is reinforcing, it can be used to motivate movements, structure physical rehabilitation exercises, or aid in many types of congenital or adventitious disabilities. It is a pastime that is advantageous for all ages, from preschool to late adulthood.

Additionally, early research has been directed toward children and seniors affected by various illnesses and disabilities. The challenges treated by music therapy are real. Sound healing has been proven successful as a therapeutic intervention for children with disabilities. Jody Marsolais' Rythym Room is equipped to cater to children with special needs as well as music suited for everyone. Through colour coordination of drums and other instruments, while creating a beat that accommodates each individual child, he is able to enhance focus and development, thereby, promoting, overall life enhancement. Music, Drum and Vocal Therapy plays an important role in developing, maintaining and/or restoring physical functioning for all ages and a multitude of diseases.

The Rythym Room offers a variety of corporate options in the form of ice breakers, workshops for groups of up to 75 people or team building exercises, as well as a multitude of choices for private functions, such as birthday and Christmas parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties and social get-togethers. Jody also works closely with local schools sharing his gifts with children in the area. His programs offer children the opportunity to express themselves, learn & perform. The Rythym Room aims to educate, enrich and inspire. Their music workshops include traditional African drumming and composition with a variety of Percussions. African hand drumming is a great stress reliever and a great physical workout known to lower blood pressure.
