Deborah McGillivray holds her painting of "Cape Breton Joe". Other work are seen behind her . She brings a form of simple "folk" art called naive. MacGillivray said
she captures the charm of small details in her work, such as chickens sitting in the window and cat on a fence in "Hog Hill Farm." Others showcased are "Cape Breton Joe" and "All in a Day's Work." Each of her paintings are beautifully framed by her husband John Miller who used old reclaimed wood.
