Third place winner during the fourth annual St Lawrence River Area of Concern (OAC) program at the St Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) and the Friends of the Robert Moses State Park (RSMP) Nature Centre.
The imagery evoked by Mr. Cook's photo demonstrate most fisherman's pleasure at the moment of the 'fish on' catch on the great St. Lawrence River.
