Debbie is a retired Registered Nurse, by profession, but is now a professional volunteer with the Heritage Committee and the Friends of the Library and loving every minute. She decided to take some writing courses because writing was a passion and she wanted to be good at it. Her passion for writing resulted in one self-published book, a history of Central Public School, that had moderate success locally. She sharpens her skills by writing regularly and attends a monthly writer's group. She likes writing stories for
children and has a few written but alas not published as yet.
