Having always harbored a love for the arts since her childhood, Angie Dilaj enjoys creating her own interpretation of realistic portraits with a hint of mystical qualities. She has been drawing most of her life and received the 2004-2005 Art Award from her high-school, Rothwell Osnabruck Elementary and Secondary School, where she painted a mural on the cafeteria wall for co-op. Her pieces are mainly pencil and acrylic paints, sprung purely from her own imagination, and are ideally based on a central image with little details playing off the initial focus. Angie's work illustrates her love towards the natural world and all the beings that it comprises of, whether physical or subtle.
