Gallinger Elsie

Elsie is an impressionistic artist. She is a great admirer of the Group Of Seven. She is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and has a Certificate of Fine Arts (with distinction) from St. Lawrence College. She is an active member of several art groups in the area, displaying her work in the community and being accepted into their juried shows. Her preferred medium is oil applied with a painting knife but enjoys working with watercolor and various mixed media also. She paints all subjects but prefers landscapes. Elsie paints and teaches art at her home west of Morrisburg
