Sullivan got his first start with Glen Productions as its first president.
He performed a memorable role in South Pacific, but became even
more noted for his set designs and builds.
Sullivan was a proficient producer, getting the most of out of volunteers.
His overall acting skills made the Jean Jeacle cabarets a notable success, alongside Tessier.
Sullivan headed up publicity for Cornwall Little Theatre where he also acted.
At the behest of Mayor Brian Lynch, Sullivan then took on a role with various committees which distributed city funds for arts groups.
He helped to keep St. John's Church by organizing a play about the early church pioneers.
Active with the Upper Canada Playhouse, he helped to dismantle the tent theatre and build the new one indoors.
One of his last roles was as reading coach for St. John's The Christmas Carol.
Sullivan was also an accomplished teacher, helping to provide education at the TR Leger Alternative School.
