Imagination and creation. Painting, drawing, photography, wood burning, poetry, stained and painted glass, jewellery... love it.
Erynn Doherty is an artist and secondary art and English teacher, in SD&G. She lives in South Stormont (St. Andrews West to be specific).
"All my life I have created. I draw and paint, wood burn and practice photography, mainly. But I also create sculpture, multimedia work, mosaic work, stained glass and do air brushing. I love to learn and practice new medium and styles as learning helps me in my teaching. I have taught in the arctic, in the Yukon, in Akwesasne and now I teach for the Upper Canada District School Board.
I am also a member of YAC and Focus Art. I was on the board at TAG for 2 years and have participated in local art events such as Apples and Art (as Beyond Clarity Photography the past two years and as Erynn Doherty this upcoming fall), at Art Fest, at CAPE and as a painter in Cornwall's first Art Battle 268 recently. I have showcased my work at the Martintown Mill, at the Ramada in Cornwall and at TAG."
